At Bookadabra, we take pride in delivering personalized, custom-created books of exceptional quality. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy that applies only to products received with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a book with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please follow this procedure:
Step 1: Notification
- Contact our customer service team within 10 days of product delivery
- Email us at support@bookadabra.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide a detailed description of the issue with your product
Step 2: Verification
- Our team will evaluate your claim promptly
- We may request photographs documenting the damage or defect
- Please respond with the requested information as quickly as possible
Step 3: Return Authorization
- If your claim is approved, you will receive return instructions
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return
- Please package the item carefully to prevent further damage during transit
Step 4: Resolution
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process either:
- A complete refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement product sent to your delivery address
- Please specify your preference when making your initial claim
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note the following return limitations:
- Personalized books cannot be returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for refund or replacement
- Products reported after the 10-day notification window may not qualify for our return process
